Alfred Coffee

Located within the Olympic Collection, a contemporary mixed-use office and retail development on Los Angeles’ Westside, this tenant improvement transformed an existing commercial space into a modern Alfred Coffee café serving office tenants and visitors.

The design emphasizes clean geometry, durable materials, and a distinctive customer experience while maximizing functionality within a compact footprint. The project features a custom tiled service counter, integrated coffee bar, streamlined back-of-house workspace, decorative wall and ceiling graphics, custom millwork, modern lighting, and a refreshed storefront that reinforces Alfred Coffee’s recognizable brand identity. Careful coordination of architectural, accessibility, Health Department, and building code requirements resulted in an efficient layout that supports both customer flow and daily operations.
